Delivery Costs & Processing Times

We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 business days of your order being placed.  Delivery costs £9.00 and all orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is the only service that insures precious metals.  This shipping method requires a signature upon delivery. 

 

We also offer free local delivery for those who reside in the EN1 and EN2 postcode areas.

 

Please bear in mind that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic items will take a bit longer to reach you.  If you require your item for a specific date or occasion then please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

We do not currently ship overseas but are working towards doing so in the near future. 

  

Shipping Addresses 

We cannot be responsible for misdelivery of goods where the customer has given us an incorrect address.  To avoid this issue, please make sure you double check both your billing and shipping addresses prior to checkout.

 

 

COVID-19 Prevention 

We want to assure you that shipments are handled in a clean environment and that precautions are being taken to ensure your safety when packaging your purchases.  Hands are thoroughly washed with soap and water before handling your items and surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes to ensure a high level of sanitation and cleanliness are adhered to.  Items of jewellery are also cleaned with antibacterial wipes prior to them being packaged.  By routinely carrying out these procedures we are limiting the spread of the virus.

 

Import Duties & Taxes

When we do begin shipping overseas, we will not be responsible for any customs or VAT fees as they are imposed by the customer’s country.  Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s customs and tax laws before ordering from us to avoid any issues as we are based in the UK.
