How much is shipping/delivery?

Delivery costs £6.75 for orders up to the value of £500.  Postage increases slightly for orders above this amount.  All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

We do offer free local delivery for those who reside in the EN1 and EN2 postcode areas.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days of payment being received.  Royal Mail Special Delivery service guarantees delivery by 1pm the day after despatch and requires a signature on delivery. 

Please bear in mind that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic items will take a bit longer to reach you.  If you require your item for a specific date or occasion then please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

 

Do you ship outside the UK?

We do not currently ship overseas but are working towards doing so in the near future.  

 

What is your returns/refund policy?

You can find our Refund Policy here.  Please note that stock listed in our Super Seconds Saturday collection is sold as final sale and our returns/refunds policy does not apply to it.


How long will it take to receive a refund?

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse but please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account.

 

Can I return a pair of earrings?

In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations for distance or off-premises sales, we accept returns on earrings.  This is subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.  

Please note that stock listed in our Super Seconds Saturday collection is sold as final sale and our returns/refunds policy does not apply to it.

 

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my billing address?

Yes of course.  Please make sure you complete the details for ‘Delivery address’ at Checkout.  The delivery note will not contain prices and we can also add a personal message if the order is a gift.

We cannot currently ship to business addresses unless there are people on the premises to accept the delivery. 

 

Can I send my order to BFPO?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to the British Forces Post Office (BFPO) or HM Forces PO Box addresses.  For more information about sending mail with BFPO go to the GOV.UK website.

  

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.  You can also make payment via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Can I edit my order after placing it?

As we try and process orders as soon as they are received, please contact us immediately by emailing sales@chamareldesigns.com and quote the order number from your confirmation email.  

 

How do I care for my item of Chamarel Designs jewellery?

I do not know my ring size.  How can I find out what it is?

Information on how to measure your ring size can be found here.  When purchasing spinner rings, due to the width of the ring you might need to consider one size up.

 

Will my jewellery be gift boxed?

Yes, your jewellery will arrive enclosed in one of our custom branded boxes, complete with a dust cover and anti-tarnish tab (tab with sterling silver products only.)

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is available for £3.00 per item.  Please add the option to your cart as a separate item and we will wrap the gift in your choice of tissue paper, adding a grosgrain tied ribbon and enclose one of our luxury branded gift bags.  You will find a selection of wrapping to choose from depending on the occasion.  We are happy to include a personalised gift message with your purchase which you can add at checkout.  

 

Why does my promotion code not work?

If you cannot apply your promotion code to your order, please check the terms and conditions of your code. Some discounts will exclude sale items and have expiry dates.  If your promotion code is still not working, please email support@chamareldesigns.com
